You have two Trinket slots. Use them to fill gaps in your equipment: a way to apply Frost, a damage bonus that supports your attacks, or help with Mana and survival. A higher damage number is not useful if you rarely trigger its effect.

This guide covers 12 selected items from the official Trinkets catalog, not every ring and amulet in the game. The table links each item to its Boon; the sections below explain how to choose between them.

Selected rings and amulets

TrinketBoon and valuesTrigger and use
Ring of Frozen VowFrozen VowFrost from Light Attack hits. Suits a light-attack loop.
Ring of the Judgment of WinterJudgment of WinterFrost from Heavy Attack hits. Requires openings for heavy attacks.
Frostbitten AmuletAegis of FrostApplies Frost when you block an attack. Rolling alone does not trigger it.
Amulet of Crusader's FrostCrusader’s FrostStrengthens cold effects. Add a way to apply Frost first.
Snow-laden AmuletAbsolution in IceCold damage when you freeze a marked enemy. Needs both Marked and freezing.
Crimson RingOathbound ArtsElemental damage support. Does not apply Frost by itself.
Amulet of Reaper's RespiteReaper’s RespiteHealth on kill. Offers no recovery during a boss phase without kills.
The Martyr’s MedalMartyr’s GiftMana from damage taken. It does not prevent the hit or restore Health.
Ironbreaker's SignetSundering StrikesLight hits can apply Sunderance, lowering damage and status resistance.
Ring of Sanctified RhythmSanctified RhythmLight hits can grant Rage. The trigger is a chance, not every hit.
The Fury StoneHardened FuryResistance while Enraged. Needs a separate way to gain Rage.
Amulet of the Guardian AngelGuardian AngelA resistance zone on Angel Ascension. Protection depends on being inside it.

How to choose your two Trinket slots

  1. Check the Boons already on your weapons and armor. Identify a missing function before adding a duplicate effect.
  2. Choose a trigger you use often: light hits, heavy hits, blocking, kills, damage taken or Angel Ascension.
  3. Spend the second slot on the problem that ends your attempts. Running out of Mana and dying during an attack require different solutions.

The choices below are suggestions based on the documented triggers, not measured rankings. Item Quality can change some Boon values, and a universal rule for duplicate Boon stacking has not been established.

Your combat loopItems to compareTradeoff
Frequent light attacksRing of Frozen Vow or Ironbreaker’s SignetChoose Frost application or a chance to reduce resistance, according to what your other equipment lacks. Neither supplies healing.
Heavy attacks with repeated ArtsRing of the Judgment of Winter or The Martyr’s MedalChoose Frost on heavy hits or Mana after damage. Mana recovery does not make trading hits safe.
A source of Rage already equippedThe Fury Stone or a Frost-trigger TrinketHardened Fury needs the Enraged state. Without a reliable Rage source, choose a different defense.
Frost and Marked already availableSnow-laden Amulet versus Crimson RingThe first needs you to freeze a marked target; the second supports elemental damage without that extra condition. No controlled damage comparison is available.

Effects that are easy to misread

Frostbitten Amulet works through blocking. It is not a passive Frost aura and does not trigger just because you dodge. Snow-laden Amulet needs a marked enemy to be frozen; simply equipping it does not provide both conditions.

Kill recovery is not constant healing. Amulet of Reaper’s Respite can help while clearing enemies, but a boss phase without kills removes its trigger. The Martyr’s Medal restores Mana after damage, not Health. Treat that as compensation for an unavoidable hit, not a reason to take one.

Finding and keeping a useful Trinket

Lotte sells Trinkets in Sanctus Clypeus, and Missions can award them as loot. That does not establish that she always stocks a named item or that a particular boss guarantees it.

When you find an item you want to keep, equip it or Store it and pass through a Nexus Gate. Follow the Purification steps to add its base version to your Armory. Field-drop quality does not automatically become the permanent item’s quality.

Source and version notes

Item–Boon pairings were checked against a search-indexed copy of the official Trinkets page on September 30, 2026. The live page and revision history were unavailable, so this is not a confirmed snapshot of the latest game patch.

The linked Boon entries retain their own checked dates. This page does not verify quality-by-quality scaling, drop rates or duplicate stacking. Match the item description in your installed version before spending upgrade resources.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Trinkets can I equip?

Two. Check which effects your other equipment already supplies before choosing both slots.

Which ring adds Frost to heavy attacks?

The official catalog pairs Ring of the Judgment of Winter with the Judgment of Winter Boon. Ring of Frozen Vow instead adds Frost through light attacks.

Where can I farm a specific amulet?

No reliable item-specific farming route is established here. Lotte sells Trinkets and Missions can award them, but those facts do not guarantee any named item.
